We use Google OAuth for authentication. We receive your Google profile information (name, email, avatar) when you sign in. We do not receive your Google password.

If you connect third-party services (such as Zendesk), we may collect:
- Zendesk: Subdomain, email address, and API token (encrypted at rest)
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about your use of the service:
- Activity Logs: Assignments made, tasks created, members invited
- Online Status: Last active timestamp for presence indicators
- Device Data: Browser type, IP address, and usage patterns

Within an organization, members can view each other's assignments, tasks, and activity as necessary for the service to function. Organization owners and managers have access to member management features.

- Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
